Greetings! It is I, St. Germain/Joseph. Those of us in the non-physical, spirit realm enjoy being able to move about freely, undetected by human eyes. We practiced this a little bit yesterday.
Close your eyes and melt into thin air. Synchronize your being with the air, simply by breathing.
Today, lets aim to practice this more often for longer periods of time. Use that trick from Harry Potter, where he wraps himself in an invisibility cloak. Make your body and thoughts completely disappear and become one with the air.
Tomorrow, we will add another layer.
