Dear Brethren,
Good morning, everyone. It is I, Mother Mary. For those of you who are willing and able, try to carve out at least a section of today, if not the whole day, to honor your soul. Disconnect from media whenever possible, and reconnect with your own soul and our souls through union. Have a weekly Sabbath day when you rest from the world and all of its craziness. Let this be a sacred time of the week that is all about the real YOU.
Our sister, Helen, is with me now and she would like to share a few words with you at this time.
Hello everyone. This is Helen. I second Mother Mary’s suggestion. Jesus taught you many things about your true identity, which I conveyed to you through A Course in Miracles.
Now, my main job is to encourage you to take care of your true Selves. This should be throughout each day. Taking an entire day on a weekly basis, in addition to daily time the other six days per week, seems more than appropriate, given the times you live in.
