Dear Brethren,
Consider limiting your consumption of news media in the upcoming days. Be blissfully unaware. If you are not able to do this, try to keep a lid on the amount. We need you to remain peaceful. People you see in your daily lives will be feeling anxiety over world events.
These are your brothers and sisters, who are feeling a great deal of fear. Bless them, hold open a door, do any little thing to lighten their load. They do not have your understanding of the truth. They need you to model being okay. Show your love to all, no matter what kinds of thoughts they subscribe to.
